Task 1.1 Project coordination and management (RILHAS, TMIT, FFZG, IPIPAN, ULodz, UBG, IPUP, IBL, LSIL; M01-M24):

This task will involve the overall project management process and routines, deals with the formal establishment of the legal arrangements between partners, lines up the agreed structure of the consortium with boards, membership and construct, and dispute resolution process.

Task 1.2 Administrative and financial management (RILHAS; M01-M24):

This task will address all administrative and financial matters including budget, accounting practice, payments and transfer methods. Specific tasks include: Cost and time management by maintaining the project budget and managing the allocation of resources and accounting. Preparing and compiling the required financial reports according to EC guidelines.

Task 1.3 reporting and submission of deliverables (RILHAS, TMIT, FFZG, IPIPAN, ULodz, UBG, IPUP, IBL, LSIL; M01-M24):

Project reports, deliverables and certificates on financial statements will be prepared and submitted in due time following article 4 and II.4 of the contract. Required documents will be prepared by each participant and compiled at coordination level.

Task 1.4 Quality Control and Risk Management (RILHAS, TMIT, FFZG, IPIPAN, ULodz, UBG, IPUP, IBL, LSIL; M01-M24):

The task includes monitoring all project activities and ensuring the successful completion of work packages. It also implements change management procedures and if necessary execute the required contingency plan to minimize any delays and their impact on dependent activities.

Task 1.5 Internal Communication (RILHAS, IPUP; M01-M24):

This task will ensure that there will be efficient communication channels within the consortium.

Specific tasks include: Designing and deploying appropriate internal communication channels (including web site, teleconferencing systems, scheduling systems, email etc.). Defining and implementing efficient communication protocols to support interaction among consortium members.

Task 1.6 Collaboration with other projects (RILHAS, TMIT, FFZG, IPIPAN, ULodz, UBG, IPUP, IBL, LSIL; M01-M24)

The CESAR projects will operate in close cooperation and collaboration with the projects T4ME, METANET4U and META-Nord. This means coordination of efforts and resources to serve the overall purposes jointly defined with the fouding META-NET project.

In addition, as encouraged by the objectives of the Call, the CESAR project will develop and maintain collaborrative ties with infrastructure projects (e.g. CLARIN, FLARENET) and projects, networks of related interest.
